The aim of master’s work is explore the Šiaulių circle computer literacy of the jobholder expression and a tendency to improve. In the work is unclosed computer literacy topic in the civil service, reverse- engineer Lithuanian and foreign author computer literacy conception and sound, sift jobholder compiuter literacy tendency to improve.
