Abstract [eng] Social conflicts: conception and the opportunities of legal regulation Social conflicts are unavoidable in society life. They are defined as confrontation of opposite opinions and values. People are ready to solve this confrontation with argue and emotions. Labour conflicts are a sort of social conflicts. Labour conflicts are able gradually to become labour disputes which are legal regulated. Positive social intercourse may be achieved with perception and appreciation of conception of social conflicts and the opportunities of legal regulation. The first part of this work is intended to reveal concept, classification, evolution, reasons and significance of social conflicts. Labour conflicts, their conception, reasons, significance and opportunities of solution are considerate in the second part of this work. The last part of this work is intended to analyse conception of legal regulation, evolution in Lithuania, the importance of social dialogue. It is attached importance to institute of labour disputes as implement of legal regulation. It is important to set individual and collective labour dispute resolution and analyse the peculiarity of solving disputes in court and in alternative ways.
