In this master‘s work are analyzes wage differentiation in the Baltic countries. Theory part of this research paper investigates concept of wage, its function and factors which influence wage size, system and form. The practical part of the wage of the Baltic country analysis: deals with wage differentiation regional, fork and a demographic perspective. Analyze the key economic factors that determine wage differentiation the the Baltic countries and ranking interdependence. The study found that after the economic crisis in all three Baltic countries (Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia) wage growth but the growth rate for the country‘s economic development level was different. |
