Abstract [eng] One of the main aims of the European Union institutions’ developing cooperation in civil cases against European Union countries – is revocation of all intermediate procedures in order that one union country‘s court judgement, initiated after investigation of civil and commercial cases, would be acknowledged and executed in other union country without requiring other complementary procedures. One of the first regulations implementing this aim is regulation No. 805/2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 21st April 2004, creating a European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims, that firms up a rule that European Enforcement Order acknowledged by court judgement in Member State of origin is initiated at the same conditions as the court judgement of the Member State where the judgement is being executed. It is important to pay attention that creditors can practice possibilities rendered by European Enforcement Order in only case, when national court procedure corresponds some particular minimal procedural regulation requirements. For this reason and also because of different interests and not complete reliance on judiciary systems of the European Union countries, possibilities of practicing European Enforcement Order procedure are quite limited. With the aim to improve realization of this regulation in Lithuania, in 13th of November 2008 the European Union and International law commencement realization legislation that regulates civil process of the Republic of Lithuania was enacted. In this work, concept of European Enforcement Order, aims of practising this institute and problems of realisation are analysed. While revealing the content of European Enforcement Order, much attention is paid to the analysis of the regulation No. 805/2004 of the European Parliament and Council of 21st April 2004, which creates the European Enforcement Order for uncontested claims, also controversial aspects of realizing this law in Lithuania are overlooked.
