The aim of the Master’s Thesis was to systemize scientific literature, legal framework on corruption control and prevention programs in different aspects and to reveal the implementation of the corruption control and prevention program in Mažeikiai Hospital on the basis of the research results. The research showed that insufficient attention is paid to corruption prevention assurance in national legal acts or programs. The major obstacles are the complexity of legal documents, failure to perceive the extent of corruption and weak control. It is necessary to take into account strengths, weaknesses, threats and opportunities of a health care institution. |
