Based on example of Telšiai district case, this final master’s thesis presents in further detail the analysis of reform implementation of municipal firefighters teams in Lithuania, when government firefighting service will be slowly replaced by volunteering firefighters. It presents investigated theoretical aspects, on the basis of scientific literature, fire protection law and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania, content analysis of volunteering firefighters activity and analysis of foreign countries which already have working voluntary firefighting forces. |
