The thesis deals with the social and educational assistance to the administration of Mazeikiai Municipality. Social pedagogical assistance is perceived as social educators, class directors, teachers, administrators and other staff activities related to children and students of social educational needs, ensuring that a child's compulsory education, education quality, increase the effectiveness of education. Social and educational support need public perceives as a need to address the widely recognized problems: the increase in juvenile delinquency, emotional, physical violence against children, school truancy, dropping out of the education system. Only a well-regulated and coordinated social and educational assistance to the administration is able to ensure an effective social pedagogical service. The empirical results of the study revealed that the current social and educational assistance to the administration process Mazeikiai municipality planning, management, control assurance aspects of well-regarded, and aspects of the organization only satisfactory. The study highlighted the problem of inter-institutional cooperation, inter-institutional cooperation is rated as weak. This problem can be described as latent, that the last decade is unable to solve. Expert survey found that the current social and educational assistance to the administrative process is not always able to implement social educational aid targets, these targets are implemented only partially. According to experts, it is determined by such factors as lack of inter-institutional collaboration, unified model for effective aid for helping the student and his family absence, are decreasing the number of social educators and their training limitations due to lack of funding. Social and educational assistance opportunities for improvement in the municipality of Mazeikiu attributable to a unified model of effective aid for helping the student and his family, for the close inter-institutional cooperation and partnership development, social educators and increasing the number of contracts the possibility of social educators training. |
