In this Master's thesis we dealt with the latest developments in human resources of Radviliskis district. On the first part of human alterations we overview the problems of the theoretical aspects of the rural situation in the context of changes. We look in to research of the concept of urban areas, rural development concept, we discussed the situation in the rural development led reasons, as well as identifying the causes leading to change human resources processes. In Methodology section we provide information on the carried out research activities, presenting a logical work scheme. In the empirical part we dealing with Radviliskis district economic and social situation. We named the demographic characteristics of district and employment situation also consider potential areas for new jobs. In this work we carried out two surveys. First was population survey of Radviliskis district. Second was survey of emigrants from the district. The main objective of the study is to assess the current situation in Radviliskis district in order to uncover new local resources usage and to suggest possible solutions to the district human resources problem. The results show that residents complain, about the quality of life that is why the village begins to thin. The main factor determining these provisions of populations is to find expectations of limited opportunities and the needs of the compatible job. |
