Abstract [eng] The misbehavior of children/teenagers has got sympathetic economic, social, juristic, cultural situation to progress. Very often the conditions to aggressive behavior form at school. It is very important to start preventive work with children aggression at the very beginning. Effective techniques can help to solve this problem. Research problem: how do teachers understand aggressive teenagers and the changing of their behavior in the teaching process. Research object: teachers’ attitude towards the teenagers aggression and the possibility to change their behavior in the teaching process. 40 educators of Tauragė district took place in the research. Methods which were used in the Master’s work: ● quantitative analysis. The aim: the attitude of teachers towards children who has got the embarrassment of behavior.The information of the research was computerized using SPSS software, in a descriptive statistic way. The facts suggest that: * the problems of behavior display in particular in primary school; * the students having the problems of behavior do special influence on efficiency of young teachers; * in teachers view the objectionable behavior of students can be influenced by pedagogical means; * the teachers work individually with the children having emotional and behavior problem; ● qualitative analysis. The aim: the operationalisation of aggressive behavior as a phenomenon. The possibility of changing the behavior in the teaching process. The facts suggest that: * it is difficult for the teachers to work in the class when students with behavior problems participate here. Such behavior has got a negative influence on mood, distract the attention. It stimulates teachers to look for the new pedagogical means. * giving help for students which have got behavior problems teachers use various pedagogical means such as specialized tasks, parents information, individual talks with childs, cooperative with school headmasters, colleagues. Research hypothesis that children’ aggression can be influenced in the teching process was right. Cooperative plays the main role here.
