In this master paper the aspects of women career selection are analysed. We have seeked to generalize positive and negative expression‘s and content‘s peculiarities. This work capacitates to understand and evalute the abilities of women career, conditions and requirements. Positive and negative elements are unclosed, which are influencing the posibilities, conditions and atributions of career selection. Recommendatios are prepared for employers and those who are interested in career. All this is the main problem of the research – how career is understood in social practice, what are main characteristics of career selection. In this job we researched and opened the content of career choice, importance and career posibilities. Methods: analysis of science fiction and education datas, questionnaire. According research job to many respondents is the posibility for go – getting. Many respondents are satisfied about their career, but a big number of them told that there are factors, which interferences: self – doubt, shortage of knowledge and money, aversion of improvement. The main aspects of women career choices, elements and motivations, which influnces succesful women career were ascertained. |
