Lithuania is passing on democratic system and is seeking to integrate into Europe’s education, so the main goal becomes the quality of education moving to the “system of requirements”. Educational institutions should become open to parents and local community, where systemic communication and cooperation between concerned parties should occur; this is one of the main conditions. The problem which is raised in this paper: cooperation between parents and educationalists in the pre-school educational institutions does not correspond to the nowadays conception of quality. Therefore, a constant needs investigation of parents and educationalists is a necessary condition to improve the cooperation quality in the pre-school educational institutions. |
