Abstract [eng] The analysed topic of the master‘s work „The Legal and Institutional Basics of the Organization, Execution and Control in the Safe Methods of Work „ is a very relevant and efficient issue in today‘s Lithuania , for the inspections of the firms show that a part of employers, and especially the ones who implement the functions of employees‘ safety and health service, do not always consistently follow when new regulations are enacted , and perform their requirements, thereby they do not create the safe, healthy working conditions for the employees.In order to ensure the legal control of people‘s safety at work , to implement the organization , execution and control of the safe methods of work in a a proper and effective way, it is especially necessary to analyse the legal and institutional basics of this activity. Considering this, the object of this research is legal relationship that arise while executing the government policy and implementing the legal regulations in the sphere of the safe methods of work . In the final work , in accordance with a historical-comparative method and the methods of analysis , the documentation of the international community and the legal database of the Republic of Lithuania, which finetunes the issues of the safe methods of work and the guarantee of the rights to the proper, safe and healthy working conditions, have been analysed. Other various legal and management scientific literature have been selected for the examination too. Conjoining the analysis of legal and management literature on the basis of the legal and institutional basics of organization, execution and control in the safe methods of work, the work ,firstly, analyses the conception of the organization, execution and control of the safe methods of work in the management and legal aspects. Then , in the seperate work parts, the regulation basics of the legal and institutional basics of the organization, execution and control of the safe methods of work have been analysed , and the practical problems of the legal regulation of the organization, execution, and control of the safe methods of work have been singled out , and their possible solution variants have been presented.
