The object of this work is information technologies impact on employee’s relations of individual level. The work divided into three major parts. In the first part are evaluated theoretic aspects of employee’s relations. This part presents employee’s relations as process in which workers contact to each other because they want to reach individual and organization’s objects. Moreover, this part introduces employee’s relations in business history course. Furthermore, there are analyzed social motives, which can help people to satisfy wants. Added to this, there are provided the employee’s relations structure: motivation, communication, competence and work satisfaction. The second part shows theoretic aspect of information technologies impact on employee’s relations. This part presents what information technologies have not only major possibilities of communication and information streams but also mean workers social isolation. Added to this, there are provided that people put less attention face to face communication. And added to theoretic aspects are created research model. The third part presents of information technologies impact on employee’s relations in Lithuanian organizations. The research showed that information technologies have both positive and negative impact to employee’s relations. This research was done for five months. The research also showed that information technologies have strong impact to worker’s work satisfaction, competency and motivation. Moreover, this research showed, that relations between information technologies and employee’s relations structure parts are very strong. Furthermore, this research showed that information technologies not make effective communication in work collective. |
