According to the survey on the administration, maintenance and renovation of dwelling-houses, it is obvious that there are more than 800.000 flats, more than 38.000 multi-storeyed houses in Lithuania: 26 % built before 1960, 65 % built between the years 1960-1990, 9 % built after 1990. The State leasehold fund was quickly privatised. Unfortunately, not enough attention was devoted, problems related to the maintenance of accommodation occurred. In the work for Master’s degree the conception on what immovable property is and the conception on private property are presented- that is a flat, the formation of buildings, management of general communal use, also the owners’ rights, duties and services disposing general partial property are being analysed. The administration of the dwelling-houses in Lithuania, the renovation, maintenance of the development of the accommodation of countries of the E U are being analysed, the perspectives of the renovation of the multi-storeyed houses are being surveyed. Referring to the data of the questionnaire in the sector of Mazeikiai accommodation situation, empirial research, comparative analysis and the summary of the empirial research are being made. The aim of the authoress’ empirial research is to clear out the conditions of the accommodation of the dwellers of Mazeikiai; how the dwellers of multi-storeyed houses assess the administrator’s work and to compare the results of this research with the results performed by the public opinion and market research company “Spinter tyrimai” performed by the “Sociological research on the situation in the sector of accommodation” ordered on the results /2008/ of Ministry of Environment of the Lithuanian Republic; to find out the attitude to dwellers in Mazeikiai towards renovation of dwelling houses. |
