Abstract [eng] |
Modern society distrusts the work of specialists working in the divisions for the protection of the rights of the child and upholds the attitude that bureaucracy prevails in state institutions, whereas the arising problems are solved only on the level of the single institution. A slightly different opinion is declared by the employees of the divisions for the protection of the rights of the child who maintain that specialists for the protection of the rights of the child devote much of their efforts and strength, maintain a constant contact with other institutions so that the children would be provided quality and timely help. The ambiguity of the situation results in problems of the protection of the rights of the child and inter-institutional cooperation fast becoming ones of the most-discussed topics in the scientific context and empirical studies. However, after reviewing the conducted studies no specialized empirical studies could be found that would be performing a deeper analysis of the divisions for the protection of the rights of the child, their cooperation with other institutions, and the target group would include heads and specialists of the divisions for the protection of the rights of the child capable of assessing the features of inter-institutional cooperation of these divisions the most objectively. |
