Abstract [eng] The biggest positive changes in the school as a learning organization, takes place when the entire school community learns together, while studying makes plans how to improve learning. School improvement is a special approach to educational change, where pupils achieve better results and strengthens school's ability to manage change. The teacher is main activist and initiator of change in the school, as a learning organization. A change in the school begins with teacher perception that in order to change something, it is necessary to change yourself. Depending on the type of the teachers' cooperation culture, teacher may (or may not) learn on the job, grow and change as the school as a learning organization culture.
