This master’s final paper analyses if the services provided in Šiauliai region countryside farmsteads meet customers’ requirements. The work consists of three parts: theoretical, research methodology and empirical part. Theoretical part discusses conception and essence of countryside tourism, singles out the kinds of countryside tourism, analyses the notion of customers and customer satisfaction in countryside farmsteads. Research methodology substantiates the choice of the research instrument, discusses the way the questionnaire has been constructed and describes demographic part of the research. Two practical researches have been carried out: related to owners of countryside farmsteads and visitors of countryside farmsteads. Differences between the opinions of countryside farmsteads owners and holidaymakers have been discussed. |
