The aim of the Master’s paper is to analyse the implementation of timeshare in Lithuanian resorts. The paper focuses on resort health centers as the most expedient place for timeshare practice. The study consists of three parts. The first part defines the development of timeshare, its place in the accommodation industry, organisational ant management issues. The classification and functions of the resorts in Lithuania are presented in the context of timeshare. The methodology and process of the study carried out are defined in the second part. The last part examines the development strategy, services and statistical data of resort health centers. Furthermore, the results of questionnaire and interview are considered and the implementation of timeshare in Lithuanian resorts is presented in the framework of marketing complex. The research is completed with conclusions, recommendations discussion. |
