Abstract [eng] Theoretical analysis of education of the children with special needs and parents partneship in education process in this work is done. One hypothesis of research is given – probably, education process of the children with special needs is unhopeful for parents, because education process of the children with special needs is not qualitative and parents are not inclused to education process like equivalent partners.
