Various social, economic, global, cultural, political changes need new education system demands and especially for teacher. Growing teacher requirements rise teacher‘s self-development demands. One of active self development method is participating in international projects. Responding to this, aim of this Master‘s paper is to identify and estimate usefulness ( affording opportunities, using possibilities) of international Comenius assistant project as a professional development assumption. Literature research was made and using open type questionnaire recent and former participants of Comenius assistant project were interviewed Hypothesis that Comenius assistant program is an effective tool to develop intercultural and professional competence was confirmed by collected data of research. |
