The aim of master work is to analyze the possibilities of prevention of corruption Tauragės District Municipality. The object of this work – the prevention of corruption and the possibility in Tauragės District Municipality. To realize the aim of this master work were set out such goals: to prevent corruption, and its conception of the key evaluate corruption prevention measures and their feasibility, the suggestions of corruption prevention measures to improve the district Tauragės municipality. Masters thesis was based on general knowledge of scientific methods: data analysis, comparative analysis, synthesis, expert assessment and conclusions. Using the method of data analysis examined the Lithuanian legislation on corruption prevention. Analysis and synthesis methods have been used for prevention of corruption being broken down into separate parts. The hypothesis of this work – the corruption prevention measures to strengthen the Tauragės district municipality is not effective. The investigation revealed that the mentioned working hypothesis was not confirmed. Corruption prevention measures to strengthen the Tauragės District Municipality is effective. This is corroborated by theoretical studies and of experts, who pointed out that since 2002, to capture cases of corruption have not been confirmed. Implementation of preventive measures against corruption, it is proposed to focus on anti – corruption public awareness and education activities. The master work ends in conclusions and recommendations. |
