The main purpose of this work - to help drivers solve problems in a limited time car parking places, when there is needed to register the time of arriving. The mission is accomplished. After finishing analysis of the level of automation in Europe and car parking types, finally was designed and programmed automatically operated an electronic device that automatically marks time of arrival in the time limited parking places. Combining all the elements into a whole device was created a real prototype, which is entirely appropriate to use in the car for arrival time selection. The work consists of eight parts: introduction and task analysis, automated service analysis, parking systems analysis, automated e-parking hardware solution, automated parking e-service software solution, results and discussion of the findings, sources of information, appendices.
