Constant changes occur in modern prie-school institutions. Therefore, everybody who does not want to be left behind, failing to adapt to the altering situation, has to learn for life. The attitude is supported that it is not sufficient fore ach member of an organization to fulfil his duties - it is essential to become a participant of these changes, to have positive contribution as an innovator, an exellent service provider, a constantly learning individual. However, innovations set new requirements to employees and occasionally a pedagogue fells hopeless to cope with such wide range of innovations. Pedagogues often do not have an opportunity to establish their own conditions or to foresee the future. Consequently, life long learning, implementation of innovations and involvement in this process become crucial. This could affect even the success of the innovation itself. Research object - implementation of education innovations in pre-school institutions. Research aim - to study the peculiarities of education innovations in a pre-school institution. Aiming to study these peculiarities we applied: theoretical (comparative scientific literature analysis and education of document analysis), empiric (questionnaire) and statistic methods.The scope of research and its organization. Pedagogues (180) and directors (30) from sixteen Kaunas city pre-school institutions comprised research population. Separate questionnaires for pedagogues and for directors were compliled. |
