Abstract [eng] |
Human rights and caring for them has become a democratic domestic policy priority, but in regard to gender equality is still difficult to implement, not only in Lithuania but also in many other countries. In order to establish gender equality developments in the current situation and the implementation of labour market opportunities, it is necessary to analyse a series of normative acts, the scientific literature, documents, conference proceedings, periodicals and statistical data. The master thesis deals with the European Union and Lithuanian conducted gender equality policy released figures, which most affect women and men in Lithuania and the Taurage labour markets. |
