Abstract [eng] Summary The theoretical work of the pre-school age, according to individual needs, develops and implements educational programs on the social competence of the analysis. The hypothesis that the education of preschool children's social competence, according to the need for individually designed training programs, learner achievement indicators notable skills or education under the general pre-school and educational program. Experiment, and standardized (quantitative), structured observation and recording methods were investigated with the aim - to explore the individual education programs for preschool children's social competence training, influence. The most important empirical conclusions that were drawn are: 1. An examination of problem areas in developing children's social competence in the general pre-school education (teaching) program, showed very little \"high social competence and very high 'low social competence\" indicators, which show that there is a need to develop and implement the new requirements developed under the pre-primary education programs century. 2. After a comparative preschool children social skills, according to changes in individual needs and implement programs designed study showed that a high level of social competence in children with increased, and the low level of social competence with a drop of two-Katrin. Therefore, according to the needs of emerging education programs influence children's social competency skills training is very high. 3. The study confirms the hypothesis that the education of preschool children's social competence, according to the need for individually designed training programs, learner achievement indicators notable skills or education under the general pre-school and educational program.
