The Master’s Degree Work analyses the formation of the business strategy for TVs production companies. The Work deals with the strategy formation aspect, its essence, importance for the business companies, which aims to be flexible and efficient in own activity. Moreover, the Work analyses models of the strategy formation as well as the sequence of the strategy formation. Aims of the Work are to analyse tendencies and changes of TVs industry, to perform the case analysis of TVs production companies, to assess strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by presenting SWOT analysis. To apply strategy formation model in practise was analysed Lithuanian TVs production company. Within the internal company analysis, Delfi and interview methods were applied in order to find out more about the company and its activity. Company strategies were formed and based under the offered model of the strategy formation. The final part of the Work presents conclusions and recommendations, various possibilities for solving problems. Moreover, the hypothesis of the Work is confirmed that strategies of the expenses’ leader, increase of the part of the market and the product development are suitable for TV`s production companies. |
