| Abstract [eng] |
This article aims to review pithily the oppurtunities of the implementation of rights of refugees and asylum seekers in Republic of Lithuania, to suggest characterization of national integration programes of Lithuania and to give the critics of it. On this purpose this work aimes to give the analysees of Lithuanian, international legislation and EU acquis. The questions raised in this article are related not only with the match of these national instruments to EU reguliation, but also with the problems of suitability of national integratio process per se. The author also analyses the practise given in certain areas by other countries and the recommendations of NGO. |
