| Abstract [eng] |
The main goal of the work is to present the model of better public e-service system. The deduction method was used analysing e-government and public e-services. In the first part general meaning of e-gov and e-services are described. Also the law related to the development of e-gov is analysed. The general e-gov situation in Lithuania is presented. The theory of evolution of e-government is presented as well. It the second part the models of e-service accordingly to the e-gov evolution stages are presented. The model of “Joined-Up-eGov” is adjusted to the real estate selling process in Lithuania. The comparison of real estate selling process of present time and future (using “Joined-Up-eGov”) shows the necessity to improve e-gov. The benefit using Joined-Up-eGov model providing public e-services is incontrovertible. |
