Abstract [eng] The concept of integration management process analysis of schoolchildren with special needs is carried out in he thesis.Hypothesis – specific educational support at heterogeneous groups and the integration efficiency leads the identification of the special needs, the education process orientation to the group of children meeting the needs of continuous improvement, constant monitoring of the educational process and evaluation of integrated process control features. Questionnaire survey method was conducted with the objective - the integration process management efficiency of the special needs schoolchildren at secondary education schools. The statistical (mean, x2 test) data analysis was researched. The study included 24 school principals and 126 teachers of secondary schools. In the empirical part the special educational needs of educational activities, integration issues and performance assumptions are researched. The main empirical findings: 1.The integration efficiency of schoolchildren with special needs affects many factors: the direction to the organizatio of this process, professional collaboration, adequate and continuous integration of the state assessment system, support for teachers and students, funding, parental involvement, curriculum adaptation, quality of educational process organization and others. 2.Completed principals and teachers‘ guides and assessment of the state of the integration process has highlighted that best describes the effectiveness of the integration of specialists (speech therapists, special teachers and others) working activities, curriculum differentiation, sufficient amount of professional education and ongoing assessment of the state of special education. 3.The integration management process of schoolchildren with special needs is inadequate: too little emphasis in the quality of the analysis on integrating schoolchidren with special needs due to this there is uncertain development strategy, the school community has a lack of cooperation with schoolchildren with special needs parents.
