In this Master’s degree work we perform the research of basic pay and it’s optimization possibilities in JSC “VARIS” company. The theoretical part of the work is carried out as the analysis of wage functions and defining the concept of wage, exclusion of salary determinants and analysis of wage structure. The exploratory analysis part of JSC "VARIS" wage-setting system and dynamic of it’s components. The present analysis revealed that the company JSC "VARIS" refers to the basic wage-setting system based on subjective parameters, therefore considering these results, the development of wage- system is being carried out based on objective criterions laid down in the methodology, prepared by Labour And Social Research Institute. This work highlights the socioeconomical effect which rises from the benefit of the application of the objective calculation methodology, therefore this research is important for those seeking to improve the efficiency and transparency of the economic subjects. |
