Abstract [eng] Summary Tripartite Agreements - Legal Position, Impact and Significance for Collective Labour Relations This article investigates the institute of tripartite agreements and its peculiarity to Lithuanian labour law, analyzing and estimating attitudes based on Lithuanian Labour code, other legal acts and international legal acts, which regulate the status of tripartite agreements, its peculiarity of making it, significance and impact on collective labour relations. There is a brief introduction of three - party partnership uprising and entrench historical analyze. A great attention is given to regulation of three – party partnership in Lithuanian and in international legal acts. Either collective bargaining is generally described in this article – there are introduced the conception of collective bargaining, its parties, legal status, besides there is a comprehensive explanation of conveyance and consulting institutes and their importance to collective labour relations. Determine legal status of the tripartite agreements and the labour law peculiarity connected with it. The three – party partnership is based on tripartite social organisations which are trusted to solve problems bounded to economical, social and labour relations in the country. The Tripartite council of Lithuanian Republic is one of these organisations. Its establishment, formation, enacting of legal acts and their legal meaning is analyzed in this article. In the last part of this article is analyzed the significance and impact on the tripartite agreement to the collective bargaining. Its place is being established in the system of legal source, briefly comparing juridical power with other legal acts and either there are determined functions of the tripartite agreements, which help to outline the meaning to labour law. The main point of this article is – to discover (invoking logical, systematic and comparative methods) how the status of tripartite agreements is consolidated in Lithuanian Labour law and what are its peculiarities to collective labour relations.
