Lithuania is still room for discussion and decision on the use of external audit and the methodology (Bendrojo lavinimo mokyklos vidaus audito metodika I dalis, 2002). Most countries in the world apply the performance audit, but in different ways. \"Despite the structural and cultural differences in education, a certain methodological unity of the external evaluation of education quality, the theoretical assumption of Lithuania to adapt successfully in Western countries operating outside the school evaluation methods' (Balčiūnas, Blinstrubas, 2006, p. 1). Intensive culture of globalization, meaning the construction of new generating contexts, changing relationships with the personal security of the world and especially in the national culture (Būdienė, 2009). The main advantage of action research is the practice of quality improvement and educational policies that promote an educational paradigm (from training to learning) transformation, the formation of (Baranauskienė, 2003). |
