Summary The peculiarities of the analysis of individual industrial disputes in the pretrial stage of analysis of disputes were discussed in this Master Thesis. The industrial disputes arise between the main social partners – an employee and an employer. The employer is undoubtedly superior to the employee in the social as well as the economical point of view. So, there is a public interest that protects the weaker side. The peculiarities of individual industrial disputes in the pretrial stage of analysis of disputes are specific ones in both – theoretical and in the practical aspects, so these peculiarities are necessary to be analysed. This work is based on Lithuanian standard and special literature as well as jurisprudence. Moreover, it was pursued to discuss the essential peculiarities of the disputes in the pretrial stage, for example, the decision-making, execution as well as the appeal. |
