Abstract [eng] The Master work presents study of problems and possibilities of planning learners’ free time activities. While talking on subject of children free time activities, we have to admit that there’s still lack of attention paid to children, their individual needs, talents and the right way them to develop. The teenagers need to reveal their inside moral power by doing such kind of activity that would also open their eyes on a joy and goodness, they could give to the others. The aim of raising the purposeful and realizing moral ideals person can be achieved by organizing the free time activities respecting interests, talents and other skills of young people. The object of study is VII-VIII graded learners’ free time activities planning. The aim of the study is to ascertain the problems and possibilities of VII-VIII graded learner’s free time activities planning. The study refers to the theory of humanism – historically mutating system of attitudes, appreciating and respecting human dignity, rights, equality and freedom. The human rights are being appreciated as naturally and socially originated. The theory of humanism reflects the social reality as an aspiration, not – existence. After summarizing the theoretical aspects of teenagers’ free time activities planning there was done the main instrument of study – questionnaire. 230 respondents, VII-VIII graded learners, took part in questioning. The aim of study was to answer the main questions, which were: the term “free time activity” understanding, the conception of duration of free time activity, main problems and possibilities of free time activity planning at school, the offer of free time activities at school as well as attempts made by teachers to develop learners’ personal skills. The study showed that free time activities planning in analyzed schools does not supply teenagers’ requirements. The study confirmed the hypothesis, that there is lack of attention paid to planning children’s and teenagers’ free time activities; leisure enabling young people enrich themselves and direct themselves to high moral and social aims.
