Nowadays business environment is very unstable and frequently changing. Because of that business organizations have to quickly react to new external conditions and adapt its activities to new conditions. Furthermore, a competitive organization must be capable of foreseeing the possible changes and even manipulate them. Only in such case it could survive in a harsh competition field. For that reason, the organization must focus on it’s management control knowledge management and possibility to exploit its knowledge assets to the biggest limits. This graduation paper researches the principles of management control knowledge base, with the aim to create a formal method of describing management control knowledge base structure, so it could become core principle for creating management control knowledge base software, where business organizations could store its management control knowledge assets for a better management control and knowledge based activity. The following tasks are discovered: To analyze management control hierarchy; To analyze knowledge management activities; To define management control knowledge research background; To describe and analyze basic practical scientific methods of management control knowledge management; To describe management control knowledge base formal structure; To present graphical annotations for the created method; To prepare ER diagram for the management control knowledge base; To write a paper covering the research. In order to achieve the stated aim, the following methodology was selected: structural analysis, contextual analysis, abstraction, induction, analysis of existing models, etc. |
