The paper presents a theoretic analysis on the effectiveness criteria of a class tutor’s training activity. A hypothesis was raised: a class tutor’s training effectiveness is conditioned not only by activity planning, but also by relations between social partners (educators, moderators, pupils and their parents) based on communication and collaboration. Using a questionnaire method, a research was done with the aim to figure out the effectiveness criteria of a class tutor’s training activity. Empirical data has been processed, filed and presented graphically using SPSS-PC 17.0 for Windows, Windows, Microsoft Office Excel 2007 and Windows Microsoft Office Word 2007 programs. Open questions respondents to describe the subject content analysis method. The study was conducted in 2012. January.
