Abstract [eng] The qualification, gained at the country Labour Market Training Centres (LMTC) often becomes formal and disadvantageous. The need to develop this sphere of activity appears, by performing researches, deepening the understanding about the market topicalities, revealing its real needs. The quality of educational services, offered in these centres is analysed in the Master’s Degree Work; attempts are made to substantiate their suitability on the qualitative aspect by confirming or rejecting the assumption, that instalment of the unite assessment of quality of LMEC services shall lead to the transformation of these institutions to universal and well understood parts of the potential partnership and purposeful cooperation (in a collegial way with joint aims between institutions). The survey has been based on the following methodological provisions – philosophy of general theories of quality, philosophy of Realism, philosophy of Pragmatism, ideas of Stoner, Freeman, Gilbert (1999), R. Želvys (2003), R. Jucevičius (1996) and others have been considered. The mentioned authors confirm that the management is a purposeful activity, especially in the sphere of education services. Quality assessment model, applied in the survey (General Assessment Model (GAM) and SERVIQUAL) indicated that the weakest parts of the cycle of the quality assurance are the assessment and quality improvement, based on its results. 50 employees from four LMTC as well as 144 clients from educational centres were interviewed. Persons, studying at LMTC gave the most positive results for the criteria of the reliability of services, the worst – for the attentiveness in rendering educational services of professional preparation. The analysis of the attitude of employees, rendering educational services, indicated that LMTC activity possibilities are greater than the attained results. This fact forms premises for the development and improvement of activity of educational centres. The relevance of the work – the survey was performed during the period, important for institutions of professional preparation – changes in the society, labour market force educational institutions to offer the rendering of more qualitative educational services. Since 2008 the system of services, offered by professional preparation has been formed, the instalment of which encounters the problem – there is no unite quality assessment system, therefore there is no unite understanding of the conception of quality of educational services. The methodology and results of the performed research can be applied in forming the system of a qualitative internal assessment in labour market education centres.
