The paper developed a learning through experience, from experience, reflective learning and critical thinking. Today the requirements for teachers are to adapt to the changes of the new century society. Therefore, teachers must constantly study and analyze their activities, reflect, think critically, relate new experiences on the new knowledges and create the future actions. Professional teachers must continually learn, think critically, analyze their experiences and make non-traditional decisions, be interested in self-development, be autonomous and free person. Thus learning is a process that gives meaning to life experiences, and hence the desire to understand them. Research subject: teachers learning from their experience and expresion of reflection and integration in personal, interpersonal and organizational levels. Research hypothesis: it is likely that strategy of learning from experience is specific to the school as a learning organization at different levels (personal, interpersonal and organizational). The aim of study: to analyse the strategies of learning from experience in secondary schools, modelling teacher‘s activities in the personal, interpersonal, organizational levels. Research methodology. Online questionnaire survey using pre-designed questionnaire (Annex 1). To construct the questionnaire three levels were choosen (personal, interpersonal and organizational). The obtained data were processed by statistical analysis. Results suggest that teachers who reflect on personal experiences and recognize the learning from experience become a professionals in learning organization. Most of the teachers investigate and analyse their personal professional activity, but only few of them keep personal journals, write blogs to improve reflection and learning through experience. In the personal level it is exposed that self-reflection, reaserch of the personal activity and translation go hand in hand with the learning of school members, sharing of experience, personality expression, tolerance of other practices and activity organization‘s administration. In interpersonal level the more attention is given to the spread of collective / community experience, to the impact of management / community to learning through experience and to searches of creative solutions and strategies. In organizational level of strategies modeling the highest importance is identified as an individuality expression of the members of organisation and as a learning of members of organisation in a school environment. |
