Abstract [eng] Educational policy realization is controversial in Lithuania and this point leads the author to take this topic. The study was conducted with a purpose to analyze the human resource management aspect of the Education policy implementation in Lithuania and Šakiai district. Objectives: to analyze the main aspects of Education policy in Lithuania, to do review of juridical documents for the Education policy and environment of organization, to summarize the scientific and methodological literature and education policy regulating documents, to formulate the basic human resource management aspects of realization of Educational policy; to collect, systematize, to sum up information and evaluate Šakiai schools’ district administrations and teachers’ approach to Education policy realization; after the theoretical analysis and summing-up the human resource management aspects of all respondents to draw conclusions and recommendations. There is used the quantitative research methods. It also conducted the analysis of: scientific literature, the juristical documents, statistical data and questionnaire survey. The results are shown using Windows Microsoft Excel programs. Partly was confirmed the hypothesis that changes in Education policy were unavoidable, but for various reasons is formed a negative attitude to alternation in the Education system, and lack of understanding is going between the different levels of human resources management, which are related to Education policy realization. Respondents in different ways evaluated the changes in Education policy and management of human resources .The assessment of the biggest part of respondents is satisfied. During the investigation was seen the difference of opinion between school principals and teachers. This assessment is influenced by the abundance of changes and plenty of various works, teachers’ uncertainties on the employment perspectives in the future, lack of preparation for the reforms, inadequate attention to the positive public opinion formation about Education system, etc.
