The aim of the Master‘s work is to find out the tendencies of implementation development for e-Democracy in Taurage region. This Master’s work is one of few works, where questions of e-Democracy are analyzed not just for one region but for whole Lithuania as well. In the Master’s work, there’s analyzed and systematized various Lithuanian and foreign authors’ literature, represented the concept and methodological aspects of e-Democracy and specified Taurage public sector‘s possibilities to participate actively in e-democracy projects by using the resources of e-government. The attractiveness, informative and accessibility of researched e-democracy projects in Taurage region were determined by using qualitative analysis. The made research showed that institutions of Lithuanian authorities have to consider the demands, problems and preferences of private section and follow the best of e-Democracy projects. Worldwide experience in e-Democracies‘ projects creation and administration processes. The attractive effective and easy to understand interactive educational methods and games for citizens should be applied in order to increase the skills of learning and self-expression, attendance, attractiveness of e-Democracy projects. |
