Abstract [eng] In this work there is analyzed and based by investigation the influence of external and internal atmosphere on the formation of strategic guidelines for the activity of “Joringė“ company. In the theoretical part there has been analyzed the process of the strategic management. In the investigated part there has been performed the detailed analysis of “Joringė“ company external and internal atmosphere. The acomplished investigation only particularly has confirmed hypothesis that according to the current factors of the atmosphere, the activity of the company must be guided to the direction of creating the competition strategy. The investigation has cleared out the greater importance of human resources for the competitive ability of the company. Refering to the results of the investigation there have been presented the practical recommendations for “Joringė“ company.
