Abstract [eng] |
In the thesis, there is performed the theoretical analysis of the behaviour of children from social risk families. The hypothesis raised: it is probable that that performance of the program of pro-social behaviour to children from risk families will make positive changes in their social abilities and their socially desirable behaviour. A semi-structured interview was preformed. The purpose of the interview was to ascertain, which behavioural problems were met by children from social risk families. A pedagogical experiment was performed; the program of pro-social behaviour was implemented. In order to assess the efficiency of the program, the same ten children from social risk families, who participated in the pedagogical education program, were interviewed after the education program. A content analysis was used to assess the efficiency of the program. Ten children from social risk families, who attend children’s day centre, participated in the research and education process. In the empiric part, there are considered the relationships of children from social risk families with their parents, the children’s feeling in their families, their self-evaluation, the children’s relationships with teachers and their behaviour in their school environments, relationships with friends and the efficiency of the educational program. The main conclusions: 1.Analysing the data of the research before the education, it became clear that children from social risk families meet difficulties maintaining their interpersonal relationships with parents, contemporaries, teachers, their inner harmony was weaker, and they lacked for social abilities to behave constructively in social situations. 2.After the pedagogical education, some changes of the behaviour and relationships with parents, contemporaries, teachers of the children from social risk families were established. After the education, the children started more often to evaluate their behaviour as proper and suitable, the children started to evaluate themselves as able more often to gain control of themselves, striving to control their anger. During the research, it was established that the self-evaluation of the children from social risk families as well as their own evaluation of their behaviour and relationships with parents, teachers and contemporaries improved. 3.The hypothesis that performance of the program of pro-social behaviour to children from social risk families will make changes in their social abilities and socially desirable behaviour was confirmed. Concepts (key words) used in the thesis: pro-social behaviour and socially desirable behaviour have the same meaning and are used as synonyms. |
