Abstract [eng] Magistrate theory along with the philosophy of Lithuanian and global literature concludes the principles of one’s formation of their own image: Discussing the main aspects of image, and the ideology behind the formations of an image as well as the value of communication towards an image; having examined the theoretical aspects that determine image conclusions has been made; According to methodological research of the formation of an image, a model has been prepared to conclude the theory of image formation. Aspiring the strategic answer to the question of what forms an organizational identity, and the stages that determine the public’s assessment of the image as well as the paths to improvement. The model of the business of sports alongside the empirical investigation of a basketball player and the team‘s image, provides us the ideology of image formation.
