Abstract [eng] Distinctive features of labor disputes The final paper of Master analyzes the distinctive features of labor disputes: dualism of institute in the branch of labor law and dualism of institute between the branches of law. The final paper of Master analyses elements revealing dualism in the branch of labor law: the parties of labor dispute, the object of labor dispute, the origin of labor disputes and the procedures of labor disputes resolution. Drawing the conclusion that although dualism in the branch of labor law is the specific feature of labor disputes, nowadays labor disputes becoming more and more resemblance. The dualism of labor disputes between the branches of law are studied and displayed in three dimensions: Firstly, dual-nature (material and procedural) of the institute of labor disputes; Secondly, the principle regulating the institute (common law principles, principles of labor law, civil procedure and specific labor disputes principles). Indicating that the specific principles of labor law disputes are formulating integrating civil procedure and labor law principles in the specific way. These specific principles of labor law disputes are analyzed in detail; Thirdly, the dualism of procedural rule of the institute of labor law disputes. The labor dispute institute is legally assessed in accordance to distinctive features of the institute.
