Master's thesis examines how the accommodation and food services sector providing services to improve quality of supply in the context of social responsibility. The experimental results show that the company strives to be socially responsible and so improve their quality of service. Corporate social responsibility striking employees equal opportunities, social welfare, training, health and psychological climate in the improvement of cooperation with stakeholders (business partners, competitors, customers),in the public areas of responsibility. Less attention is devoted to environmental problems. In terms of production heads of social responsibility helps the company to improve the quality of services, increasing business performance. Staff members emphasize their role in reducing the risk of default enterprise customers. It is alleged that the company is able to be socially responsible, but it is necessary to improve some areas of social responsibility: environmental activity, employment practice. Analysis of survey data confirmed the hypothesis of the work set in the accommodation and catering services, providing the industry aims to improve the quality of their services through social responsibility. |
