Theoretic analysis and systematized information about evaluation of education system and economic analysis are analyzed in this final master’s work. The situation of the system in Telšiai district secondary schools is reviewed and the main determinative factors of reconstruction in secondary schools are established. Sponsorship of secondary schools is estimated and its requirements. The system of optimization in Telšiai district schools progress gradually, when the system of secondary schools in Telšiai district was estimated for the last few years. Expedient schools system optimization helps to retrench the budget funds, to ensure services variety, reviewing social, economic, cultural and demographics changes. It helps to reduce waste schools sponsorship, specially in villages. Particulary to reform journey to school for children form villages, to make it safe for those who lives futher form their school. |
