Abstract [eng] |
The aim of the work was to investigate of the charge carrier transport and recombination features in organic solar cells. The double injection transients technique was adapted to determinate properties of the organic materials. The properties of the charge carrier transport and recombination has been measured and compared by three different techniques (time of flight, charge extraction in a linearly increasing voltage and double injection). From the experimental results it was concluded that the bimolecular charge carrier recombination coefficient is reduced compared with Langevin recombination coefficient in bulk heterojunction RR P3HT/PCBM solar cells. The higher photogeneration efficiency and deep trapping of the charge carriers at interface of the structures with porous TiO2 films were observed. |
