The objective of research – evaluation of the peculiarities and formation possibilities of public health care institutions employees. The methods – social survey, data collection, document analysis, data assorting, data analysis, etc. The research sample: 83 employees from Siauliai region public health care institutions. The results of research enable to propose that the attitude towards work, working conditions, motivation at work, correlative coherence of applicable incentive measures are of medium intensity, and having increased one of the variable values the value of another variable are inclined to homologous and proportional decrement regarding satisfaction at work among men. In regard to men there is no correlative coherence among job satisfaction and intercommunion, qualification raising possibilities. General results of the attitude towards work in accordance with material aspects (money), working conditions, intercommunion, qualification raising possibilities, work motivation, applicable and desirable incentive measures factors enable to propose that ambiguously statistically important mean differences in regard to some factors according to age, education and satisfaction in team work.
