The master’s work reveals the consept structure of labor market the point of the explanation theories, evaluating regional labor market differentiation and conditions of this. The accurate analizes made regarding the rates of Lithuanian regional differentiation and labor market structure dynamics. The important and valuable data of the research concerning the difference between employed and unemployed people, not just due to the distribution by regions, but due to the economical activities. According to the calculated data of the position and distribution values, labor market rates were evaluated due to the regional attitude. The analyzes of the social and economical rates indicated that there are big social and economical differences among Lithuania regions, the main reason of which is unequal theritorical development. The hypotesis raised during the research was proved, the existing differences in Lithianian Republic regional labor market structure increase the difference between the better and worse regions. |
