In the master‘s work there is discussed conception of social enterprises, factors of evolution and there analyzed social enterprises practice of foreign countries. In the other part of the master’s work there is analyzed effectiveness of Siauliai town social enterprises. To motivate the necessity of the state help there is used analyze of profitability rates without state subsidies and with state subsidies. Social effectiveness rates were analyzed properly by social test. Social enterprises economic effectiveness was evaluated by comparing state consolidated budget incomes and outlay. The hypothesis is formulated and confirmed as follows: „Social enterprises activity is efficient in economic and social terms in Lithuania “. |
